The 2022, Australian Human Rights Commission report found that 1 in 5 people had experienced sexual harassment in the workplace in last 12 months 41% of these were women and 26% men. Half of these incidents are repeated and of those, half are ongoing for more than one year. Only 18% of sexual harassment incidents were reported.
